The mission of the Pacific Coast Farmers' Market Association (PCFMA) is to establish and operate community-supported certified farmers' markets and other direct marketing outlets that provide: viable economic opportunities for California farmers and food producers with emphasis on family farms, local access to farm fresh products, support for local businesses and community organizations, and education concerning food, nutrition and the sustainability of California agriculture.

- Marketing Specialist
The Marketing and Promotions Specialist with the Pacific Coast Farmers’ Market Association, working under the direction of the Marketing & Promotions Director, develop and manage advertising, promotional, and community outreach activities to promote PCFMA’s operations, including its Certified Farmers’ Markets. Advertising may include paid advertising in multiple media formats as well as free advertising through press releases and public service announcements. Promotional activities may include cooking or product demonstrations, contests, or children’s activities in certified farmers’ markets or other community events. Community outreach may include grassroots outreach efforts and community education activities.Applications for this position are due by close of business on October 31, 2014.
